Chang Chuan Kung-fu
長拳
Called the northern long fist style

Taichi Chuan Kung-fu
太極拳
Yang and Sun styles. aimed at:

Chi Kung-fu
氣功
It is a system of coordination of posture and body movement, breathing and meditation that is useful for health, and development in training). aimed at: young people and older adults
Wudang Kung-fu
八卦掌
Synthesizing and coordinating the internal energy and the external body for the unification between the two.
Using the internal energy for explosive power and the immobility for the regulation of movement.
Calm, like clouds and flowing water and many other techniques are characteristic of Wudang Kung Fu.
Wing Chun Kung-fu
詠春
It is practiced with close-range strikes, quick attacks, and direct effectiveness. Its philosophy focuses on capturing and holding the opponent's center line.
This is achieved through simultaneous attack and defense, tactile sensitivity, and using the opponent's strength against him.
This style was popularized by Ip Man, with Bruce Lee being his most famous student.
